Background and training
Susana Aparicio Abella holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and a Master's in Tax Law from the Barcelona Bar Association. These two foundations—general legal thinking and tax law specialisation—give her an integrated understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding the proceedings she handles.
Since 2013 she has practiced as a Court Procurator admitted by the Barcelona College of Procurators, providing daily coverage in the judicial districts of Barcelona, Badalona, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
Litigation law experience
Before establishing her own practice, Susana worked for over ten years as a litigation lawyer alongside various professional law firms in Barcelona. This period allowed her to understand judicial proceedings from the perspective of legal counsel: how strategy is built, where deadline and notification pressure accumulates most, and which aspects of coordinated work between lawyer and procurator make the real difference.
This dual perspective—that of the lawyer and that of the procurator—is today a genuine operational asset. It allows her to anticipate the attorney's needs, communicate the impact of each judicial action with greater precision, and manage case files with an understanding of the whole that goes beyond mere formal procedure.
Working method
The daily work of Aparicio Procuradores is built on three principles: rigorous control of deadlines and notifications, direct and verifiable communication with the leading law firm, and traceability of every action taken. The accumulated experience enables quick responses to incidents, correct prioritisation under high workload, and maintenance of the legal security of each case file at all times.
